Very happy we were told to come here by AT&T as they could not help us. Zack was super helpful and while we were there we found a great PC to replace our old, tired laptop. Zack was able to transfer our data from our laptop to this new one. Extremely happy. 😊 ~D. Johnson~
Outstanding service and kindness! I had an issue with my iPhone being locked and couldn’t get it to open. I first went to the AT&T store, but they weren’t able to help and referred me to Tech Hospital. I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They understood the problem right away and took care of it immediately. What impressed me the most was not only how knowledgeable they were, but also how generous—they didn’t charge me at all. It’s rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with genuine kindness and integrity. I’m extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend Tech Hospital to anyone needing iPhone or tech support. Truly five-star service!
Great experience here, Zach was very helpful. My screen order took a day or so to come in and Zach let me use a usb with a mouse so I could still use my phone during the time I waited for the replacement. Great customer service!
First time getting a repair done and everything went great. Sabrina was really helpful and kind. My PS5 controller R2 button is back and as good as new.
Zach was a tremendous help! Immediate response to my email correspondence and kept his shop open past close to assist with a cell phone I had just dropped and broke. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend
