After multiple purchases, endless attempts to connect our Square reader, speaking with online customer service more times than we can count and even trying again at Officeworks we were completely stressed with an important week coming up. One visit to the Tech Hospital changed everything. The man there fixed the issue and had us up and running within minutes. He was smooth, calming and clearly knew his stuff. Absolutely outstanding service, can’t recommend highly enough!

This 'phone doctor' is the absolute worst. Not only did he break my speaker in my phone when all i wanted was him to fix my screen. He was so rude and acted like he didn't do it. When he told me he was at fault he told me he had to wait for 5 days to get the part. He is rude and was too busy chatting up women while i had to wait. Dont ever ever go. There's a phone shop across the road.

What a fantastic service I received this morning. I had locked myself out of a new phone and Kai solved the problem in 10 minutes! All for an extremely reasonable price. It was a huge relief to have such friendly, helpful and capable technician to solve my problem. Thanks so much Kai!

Popped in with a smashed screen protector (luckily not the actual screen) on my iPhone. The new protector was fitted in minutes at a very reasonable price. Great service.
