I needed help with my cell phone. I contacted TECH WIZARDS and left a message. Someone from TECH WIZARDS took the time to call me back to tell me that they don't work on cell phones, and then they referred me to a company that did. The fact that they took the time to respond to my request for help when it wasn't giving them any business is rare these days. Heck, it's becoming rare when a worker who's fit for the job actually calls you back! Anyways, it shows they care. I appreciated that.
