On Thursday, I went to this store to get my phone repaired because the touch screen wasn't working. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, I paid $180, and returned an hour later. They gave it back to me; the touch screen was working, but I couldn't unlock it because it said I had to try again in 11 hours. I waited the full 11 hours and still couldn't unlock it. What I found strange was that I saw a green line that wasn't there before. When I tried to turn the phone off, the green screen appeared. So I went back and told them about the green line and showed them what the phone looked like when I pressed the power button. They very kindly told me not to worry and to come back on Tuesday because they were going to order a new screen for the phone. I went back today, and I saw that they had completely opened it, gone to the back, and come back. The strange thing is that now they showed it to me with scratches that weren't there before. They said that I had made the scratches and that they couldn't do anything because I broke it, even though I hadn't used that phone. And the worst part is that they gave me back the phone, but now... It won't turn on. First it was a green line, and now, after what they did, the phone won't turn on at all. Now I'm out of money and out of a phone because they wrecked it. I feel so sad and frustrated, especially since I kept so many memories of my little sister on it. That's why she decided to get it fixed before buying a new one, and now I paid for them to destroy it. Terrible service. All I want is my money back or for them to fix what they did.
