Blown away by the kindness and the customer service. We ordered flowers for my little sisters senior night, we got the “orange dream sickle” and were really excited because that is her favorite color, the flowers we got weren’t super orange so we called and she immediately picked them up and fixed us up the most beautiful flower arrangement. My sister loved them so much! We will definitely be using them again for any other events! Thank you guys so much!
Ordered a “ramo buchon” for $125 which was TWO dozen roses, fererro rocher candy, a tiara, and an “I love you banner” but when my girlfriend received it, it was just a dozen roses. NOTHING ELSE. What a scam and I see others dealing with the same on here. Feb 14, 2025. This place is a SCAM.
I ordered a “premium” bouquet online for Valentine’s Day and I am completely disappointed. Bouquet was supposed to include 36 roses and my girlfriend ended up receiving 12 roses. I tried to call the flower shop to get an explanation and possibly a refund but they did not answer any of my calls. I do not recommend this place at all.
Worse experience ever. Ordered a plant and 2 vases of roses for my brother's funeral and they only delivered the plant which didn't look anything like the picture and only delivered one vase of roses. Wanted a brother banner on one and that wasn't on them either. Then to top it off the cards on them said happy mothers day. Will never order from them again. I've tried calling several times and it goes to voicemail and says mailbox is full
I would like to take the opportunity to thank the owner Claudia for her exceptional & excellent service for my Brother-in-law’s funeral wreath. She was very professional, polite, courteous & very knowledgeable. When you have a limited time to shop around for flower arrangements for a funeral is not always an easy task - ESPECIALLY when you are from California! She made the process easy and if she had questions- she would reach out to me and made recommendations. Did I mention she is BILINGUAL! She speaks fluent English and Spanish! A great asset and value to have these days! Thank you Temptation’s Flower Shop for putting my anxiety of getting the right flowers needed for our funeral! The Vance Family
