Everything you could want in a dining experience. Great environment, very friendly service, and delicious food. We got our food very quickly, too. I had the Birria Chimchanga, I enjoyed it very much. I also had a margarita, and it was a good mix and size, for someone who doesn't drink often. Our server was also super kind! It was my first time and I look forward to going back.

Moved from Chicago to Fort Wayne and looking for good Mexican food we didn’t try much but we always get the molcajete it was so good carne asada, chicken the shrimp has so much flavor. My daughter is picky and she got a side of rice she loved it. If I knew how to whistle I would have whistled when my plate came out. You just have to know what to order at these type of restaurants.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Tequila Mexican Restaurant tonight. The only thing better than the food was the incredible service — seriously top-tier. The chips and salsa beat us to our table, and the staff refused to let us run out. Every time the bowl got low, someone was already there with a fresh refill. Thany ordered the chicken quesadilla — packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and ridiculously good. I went with the steak and shrimp burrito, and it might be one of the best I’ve ever had — loaded, tender, and full of authentic flavor. If you’re anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and stop in. 🔥🌯🇲🇽 5 stars all the way.

The best service. Authentic , real Mexican food, genuine outstanding service. There is plenty of parking. It is semi truck friendly!! As a fellow truck driver, their food hit the spot, their service is old school hospitality, and the place is gorgeous inside with great music. I am stopping here every chance I can! And the food was made delicious and fast!!! Ya'll gotta come here and try it for yourselves!! And the horchata is creamy and authentic! No watered down bs real homemade horchata! They put care in the food🥰 The food is made with love from Grandma's kitchen type of good! My grandma just passed away a couple weeks ago, and this is actually the first time I've tasted food so close to hers in a long while. As a fellow Latina, not many places actually taste great anymore, aside from my own or family's cooking. Fort Wayne, Ya'll have a gem of a restaurant. Ya'll got a forever customer out of me!

Visited on a Friday evening, prime dinner time and only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. It was a full house but service was very prompt. The entire staff was very friendly and our server was great. We order the beef empanadas, birria quesadillas, birria tacos and horchata. The food was fresh and tasty. The horchata good but wasn’t our favorite, we are picky when it comes to horchata. Theirs was very heavy on cinnamon. The consommé was delicious, had a lot of flavor. It was all around a great experience.
