Our service technician, Ryan has been a reliable partner for several years and super easy to work with. It is good to know that our pest control needs are handled by experts in the space. Unfortunately Terminix customer service keeps on sending invoices with higher costs after service without advance notification. No longer reliable. 5 stars for service technician and 1 star for Terminix Billing/customer service.
The service was excellent. Those annoying wasps are no longer a bother. Agent did a great job explaining the process and what to expect! Win-win! (Except for the wasps) good price too!
Arthur Harris has been our technician for several years. We are highly satisfied with him and ask that he remain assigned to our account as long as possible. In a time when many companies and technicians do just enough to call a job done, Mr. Harris does an exceptional job representing Terminix by consistently completing the assignment with care and thoroughness as one would their own home. We would like to recognize and praise the years of outstanding service and integrity in his work, as well as his much appreciated professionalism, communication, and respect. Mr. Harris stands out for surpassing expectations.
The service was top notch. Everything was explained in detail. Made sure I was aware of what was being placed in the home! Shared with me the where and why of it all! I felt confident and comfortable to ask questions about the process of extermination. My technician was very polite and professional. Kerry Johnson was impeccable and respectful in our home!
Ozzie is always such a pleasure to work with! He’s professional, friendly, and thorough every time he comes out to our apartments. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers questions with patience, and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. We really appreciate his great attitude and the care he puts into his work. Thank you, Ozzie!
