Apollo is a very skilled and thorough technician. He examined all aspects of our property as well as our attic and crawlspace. He's very articulate about what are the strong points and what things we need to be looking out for in the future. I highly recommend Terminix and having Apollo as an inspector. The inspection is free as we have a yearly termite protection program with Terminix.
Lance was very professional and he did an excellent job checking everything under my house. I heard him when he went to different parts under the house and he was very thorough. You have an excellent employee and it is good to know that you have an employee who cares about the customer.
We have consistently received food service from Terminix during our past multi year contract. We see the same technician which allows for follow up on previous events and he is always courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.
Trey is awesome! He is always very thorough during his visits and answers any questions I have. He is also very accommodating with my appointments and works around my difficult work schedule. I appreciate all his hard work and his overall expertise!
John Nash, Terminix technician, completed my home inspection today. I was impressed by this individual. He did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace to check for termite activity and pest/rodent activity. His evaluation was honest and very professional. I usually worry about moisture levels. He said this time we’re good. He didn’t “sell” stuff that I didn’t need. I thought John was honest and sincere and cared about me as a customer. Outstanding job! Thank you.
