We have been with Terminex for several years. I know, with confidence, my home is taken care of. Our tech, Jeff, is thorough and he always lets me know when he’s coming and touches base with me before he leaves letting me know if he found anything & what he did to address any issues. Terminex gives me peace of mind.
The service tech Jeff has always been professional and courteous and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time inside and out.
Peter L. Is the best and my favorite Tech. He’s always friendly, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He goes over and beyond the call of duty. I cannot imagine having another Tech service my home.
I’m very pleased with this company and their service. The wasps were taking over my front porch and I had seen a very large spider. The service guy and the guy who answered the phone to schedule an appointment were friendly and very helpful. They had a cancellation and came out same day. Very happy I called Terminex.
Christian did an amazing job with installing attic insulation into my home this morning. I initially thought I was gonna have to wait a couple of days to have my service started however, I got a call the night before saying that there was a cancellation and the team could get out early this morning. I received a text message notification and was able to track my technician on his way here which allowed me to be ready to receive them when they showed up. I honestly had no idea what attic insulation was however, the team explained to me how the process worked and demonstrated to me how the insulation will be blown into the attic. He completed what seemed to be a very complex job quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the services I received today and looking forward to getting a fan installed sometime early next year.
