Outstanding guided day climbing at Enchanted Rock State Park. Drew is an exceptional guide, so our group of three had an amazing day. Terrific value for the experience, and Drew reached out well in advance to plan our adventure.
My wife and I spent a day with Sam at Reimers Ranch. Everything was perfect. Sam is a great guide, expert, professional, safe, relaxed and passionate. It was our first time rock climbing and we learned so much, we managed to climb up until 5.8. I couldn’t make the 5.9 and made it my project. Sam had everything needed for the day and knew the routes by heart. Equipment was in a very good state. Very very recommended. We’ll go again with Texas Climbing Adventure.
Our kid said Sam's climbing summer camp was the best camp he's ever been on! And, Sam's training left me feeling safe for my child to explore our local wilds in the summer heat. Sam fostered a laidback-summertime yet awesome-adventure vibe where our kid came home the good kind of tired, and still bubbling with excitement to tell us about all he'd experienced and accomplished. When our kid was asked how he would rate Sam's climbing summer camp he said, "Well, we have to make sure he gets five stars." There you have it and see you next summer.
Sam was awesome! I have some indoor and outdoor climbing experience but had never lead outdoors, and he made it all seem simple, clear, and easy. The session was relaxed but very informative and productive, we got plenty of time on the wall, and we even went over our schedule by 20 minutes and Sam wasn't worried at all and was happy to keep climbing. Couldn't recommend Texas Climbing Adventures enough and I'll definitely take another lesson soon.
Our Girl Scout troop had the absolute pleasure of climbing with Josh and Mark at E-Rock. I cannot say enough about the experience and how well the guys guided and cared for our girls (and us!). These boys are incredible. Thanks for a great day!
