I haven't had a license in over a decade and I decided to get my life together and I chose this school to help me accomplish that goal miss Elsa was a tremendous help and in that journey. I took my written test and my road test all went so smoothly and well, the price for each course was very reasonable the process was so smooth awesome snacks awesome vibe and 2 days ago I got my license I recommend the school for anyone who's trying to get their license and move on to the next step in life. Shout out to my instructor and my driving instructor to Miss Elsa.

My experience with this driving school has been frustrating from start to finish, and I cannot in good faith recommend it to anyone. Communication was disorganized and inconsistent throughout the entire process. Calls and messages often went unanswered, and when we did get responses, they were delayed and unhelpful. The Branch Manager/Director, was by far the most unprofessional and unhelpful person I’ve had to deal with in a service-based business. She was cold, careless, and dismissive every time we spoke. Her lack of punctuality and unwillingness to take responsibility was especially frustrating. It's hard enough to get through the driver education process without being met with resistance and indifference at every turn. While the instructors themselves were not outright rude, they were cold, not particularly friendly, and gave no feedback or guidance after any lesson. After each class, I asked my son what he felt he needed to work on during our own driving time, but no instructor or staff member ever offered any constructive input. We received zero feedback — not even basic suggestions — which completely defeats the purpose of professional instruction. Things only got worse when I misplaced the original certificate of completion. As the DMV advised, I reached out to the school to request a copy. The Director, was not only reluctant to help, but said she might not even have it. After pushing her to look into it, she vaguely stated she’d get back to me in a few days or have her assistant handle it. A month went by with no follow-up. When I called back, her assistant (who was much more pleasant) had no idea about the request. She was able to locate the document and told me it just needed the directors signature. We agreed I would pick it up the following Monday between 10 AM and 4 PM, and that director would be there. I rearranged my work schedule and drove across town, only to find out (thankfully I called while in route) that director never signed the form — and she never showed up that day either. To make matters worse, I tried again the next day, and no one was even answering the phone. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is absolutely unacceptable for any business, let alone one responsible for something as important as teen driver education. The company was quick to take a few hundred dollars from me, but not so quick to do their jobs correctly. I deeply regret choosing this school and strongly encourage others to seek out a driving school with better communication, leadership, and accountability.

The driving instructor is so graceful and understanding, along with the guy that works in the front. They are considerate and will take care of you. The certificate is short and easy but you may need to consider these as they are very important to learn. They teach you the basics and even on the road. Recommend 100%

This is a great place to complete your driving lessons and take the exam, especially when working with Elsa. I was able to complete my six lessons and pass my driving exam while I was on winter break. Elsa is highly professional and provided great feedback and tips to improve my driving skills, which made me feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel.
