Texas spa is always a great company to work with. When I’ve had issues they are always there within a day or 2. TJ was great and fixed our problem with the spa before he left. Great people. Always friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.
I recently purchased a hot tub from Texas Hot Tubs, and the experience was excellent—especially working with Justin. As a first-time hot tub owner, I had a lot of questions, and Justin was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I ended up purchasing the HotSpring Relay, which has been a great choice so far. Justin went above and beyond by working around my schedule, even staying after closing so I could “test drive” the hot tub. He had towels and water ready and was always responsive to calls and texts, which I really appreciated. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Justin. Quick tip for buyers: if you’re considering a lounger seat, make sure to try it out first—comfort can vary by person. Overall, the Relay has been easy to manage and a great addition to my home. Highly recommend Texas Hot Tubs.
Shout out to Todd at the Ft. Worth location. Although we bought our Hot Spring tub at the State Fair, he was so helpful in supporting us in setting up our spa. He was patient, answered each question, and was always available for followup questions. He also threw in nuggets about getting the most life out of our spa. Definitely 5/5 on support, friendliness and responsiveness.
We have been a customer of Texas Hot Tub Company for several years. Recently we needed service and Darin came out. He was great. He also gave me some tips on how to make the tub run better (it is 10 years old). He found the problem, gave me options, and was able to repair it right then since he had the part with him.
