Great bedside manner starting from check in to discharge. Thank you to the front desk, the doctor, and the nurse or MA who gave me my shot (she has a "light touch" that I barely felt the injection). My appointment was on Monday at 11:15 PM. I mention my appointment so this review can be shared with the staff who cared for me.
This place sucks. I have a pretty bad sprain. The PA Knapick treated me. Xrays were done. Sprain was pretty bad. She tells me it was going to take about 3 weeks to heal and I might need to see a specialist. I tell her I work 12 hour shifts on my feet. We are not allowed to sit. I would have to apply for short term d. She said she would handle it. I would have to return to work with restrictions. Crutches.. etc. I told her they would deny her restrictions due to safety reasons. She said she knew and told me not to worry. So why when I pick up my ppw does she give me a doctor's note to return to work 3 days later with no restrictions. Of course I couldn't. Had to see a different doctor just to get another doctor's note for an additional week. It still isn't healed enough to stand on it for 12 hours. Like to see her try to to it. Terrible and stressful situation. Avoid this place.
couldn’t remember the full name but her name was Dr taylor (taylor being her first or last can’t remember) Anyways she was very caring, informative, thorough. coming to an urgent care i wasn’t expecting the best hospitality but was met with utmost care and consideration upon arriving. front desk staff was lovely as well.
I brought my mom in to be seen, and Kris was absolutely amazing along with the doctor on staff. Kris is so knowledgeable, helpful, and truly makes you feel welcome and heard every time. We always feel comfortable and well taken care of here. Highly recommend!
Horrible! Front desk hispanic, large, young woman was rude and unprofessional. Service ridiculously Slow. Had an appointment for an employer drug test. Arrived on time, place was not busy, barely 2 people in the waiting room. Site stated 1 person ahead of my husband, however, waited over an hour. Didn't see anyone working out of the 3 people in the office. The wait didn't make sense. What was the point of making an appointment? We were livid. If there was another choice to take the test other than TexasMed we would have definitely went somewhere else. I never come here for any reason for this exact reason. I see nothing has changed over 8yrs since my last visit.
