Very busy location so parking can be difficult but checking in online makes the wait time easier. It was our first visit and our server was very helpful and patient. The food was really good, everything came out freshly made, no order errors, and plenty of leftovers. We will definitely go back. Warning it is loud so having personal conversations can be difficult.

The worst the worst the worst. First time in Vegas quick run to Texas Roadhouse here. My husband, my dad and I ordered and it came out all wrong. On top of that it was extremely cold. They asked about how things are going the assistant manager and our waiter asked I said well it’s cold I said no cheese on my steak. And they said they will make a fresh steak. I received my same steak back not fresh they scraped it off and gave me left over mushroom left over onions I ended up not eating. We were kind nothing but kind and then they had us wait hours just to get the manager and they were rude. I couldn’t talk I have never received bad service like this in my life. I’ve never seen a restaurant tell me they will make a fresh steak and they bring me back my same steak what is that! Terrible and it was cold all of our food! Terrible terrible! Be aware of this place. I didn’t want to eat cause I think they spit in my food. Disgusting. I was starving and now I can’t eat. I don’t have a before but does that look like a fresh made steak for you after saying they will make a fresh one no. And it was cold still I barely touched my food and I get it back all scrapped disgusting. I flipped it and it look off to me. Neglected by the waiter no silverware rude and ignored. Again I was never rude I was respectful and kind. If I was rude I get it but I’ve worked in a restaurant before and never seen this and the mashed potatoes was cold and wasn’t. Cooked all the way and my gravy I can tell it was microwaved as well. At this point I can’t eat. All I kept hearing was excuses . I loved Texas road house that’s why I picked it to eat. Never again here as I said before first time in Vegas and it was disappointing. No care for the customers. You guys need new waiters and managers . What a disgrace.

Very friendly and lively atmosphere, and the service was overall very good. Our waitress provided very prompt service. The food took about 15 minutes to arrive, but the free bread rolls and free roasted peanuts in the shell (you can ask for more of both items for free) that you get at the start sufficed while waiting. In fact, if you're not careful, it's easy to get full on just the rolls with the accompanying cinnamon butter, they are so good! We didn't order appetizers in the hope of enjoying dessert, but the main courses were just the right size and filled us up. The sirloin was cooked to order (my kids, wife, and I had ours medium, and my nephew ordered his medium rare) and the meat was very tender and juicy on the inside with a nice seat crust on the outside. The sides were very good, though the buttered corn was a little too salty. Overall we were very satisfied with our meals. We went as party of 8, so if you're going as a large party (more than six) I highly recommend you call ahead of time. They will give you a time to be there, and a link via text that you reply to once you arrive. Although it was busy (middle of lunch), because we used this method our party of 8 was seated less than 5 minutes after arrival. The atmosphere is kid friendly, and it can be a bit noisy, but if you don't mind the lively atmosphere along with your steak, you should have a good experience here. Will definitely be back to try their other cuts and burgers next time we're in the area.

Forgot to take other pictures but came in for my daughter’s birthday so she could ride the saddle. I feel like the food at Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. Typically I go to the one on St Rose but moved up here in north west side and decided to hit this location. Food was great as usual. Service was definitely off though. I don’t frequent this location so can’t say if it was normal but seemed pretty neglected as a customer tonight. The table diagonal to us must have felt the same way as I saw them grabbing plates/peanuts/silverware from a different table because they never got it. Kinda just gave a weird vibe to the visit. Hopefully not like that if I stop by again in the future.

Texas Roadhouse is a great place to grab a high quality steak within a fun and vibrant atmosphere. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate that the general manager came up to our table to see how we were doing. Onor was our server, and he got our food and drink order quickly and we appreciate that all of our food came out nice and hot and fresh.. there is a Monday through Thursday early dinner special here for only $13.99 and they have about 10 dinner items to choose from. We had a 8 oz filet and garlic shrimp together with a Caesar salad, glass of wine and a beer.. All our food was great.
