I got a $25 tattoo + a free piercing during a promo they were doing via Instagram. The customer service was kind of lack luster, but I cut them some slack since I know they were busy and probably tired. I ended up getting my tattoo and she said I could come back any day for the free piercing even though I thought I was getting it same day. Flash forward, I go in to get my piercing. I had told them I wanted to get a navel piercing. My friend got an Ashely piercing & she was fine and her's healed nicely. She looks great. When it was my turn, no anatomy check was conducted for my navel, the wrong jewelry was put in, and I essentially got stabbed in my stomach rather than pierced on my navel (according to a more reputable piercer I went to not even two weeks later). No infection occurred thank God and I will say that my tattoo looks nice. As far as piercings I would not come here for them. Edit: your piercer did pierce me... and while she was cool, I still didn't get a good job done, hence why I had to take it out. The way in which you reply to your bad reviews is very unprofessional and ugly. Take accountability and stop blaming customers for y'all's mistakes.
This studio advertises itself through AI art. I received a messed up piercing from this location and when I went back to ask how to take care of it, the tech didn’t tell me it was infected just to wash it out. They get you in the door with $10 piercings and you get what you pay for. Multiple people I’ve known who have gone here ended up with nasty infections.

Brown is the BEST. Period. Not only does he make me laugh so much during my session, his work never disappoints. This time I asked for fine line and he conquered it perfectly. ALSO I got my nose pierced by Hazel she did a really good job 👏🏻 it’s been a week since my nose piercing and it’s healing great!! Thank you so much both of you!
This is hands down the best place to get tattoo work in San Antonio. Professional and clean. I got my both arm sleeve tattoos with Brown Nevarez! He is super friendly and communicates very well. He will respond to you quickly and has lots of experience in his craft, makes you feel comfortable and confident with his work. Highly recommend!
