Good price on tires. Polite staff. But it would have been a better experience if they correctly balanced my tires. To much time would have been wasted if I had to take it to get corrected.
STAY AWAY!!! I would give zero stars if possible. Terrible place to get a lowering kit installed, especially if it involves cutting or trimming on the vehicle. They totally destroyed my rear axle. They were supposed to cut the original 4 link brackets on the rear axle and bolt on IHC brackets. They literally cut the OEM brackets off all the way down to my axle, and in doing so, they cut into my axle that now leaks everywhere. Guys would take forever to answer my calls or not call me back at all. They finally got me back in to apparently "fix" the axle. They just sent it to some shop to weld the axle. Some of the worst welds I've ever seen, and it still leaks. You can weld an axle all you want, but once it's cut into the axle, it is compromised and unsafe to drive. No care for the "SAFETY" of the customer. The whole time, they kept saying its my problem and to contact IHC bc the kit must have been wrong and causing the ram to bottom out and hitting the axle. THE KIT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU LITTERALLY CUTTING INTO MY AXLE AND DESTROYING IT WITH AN ANGLE GRINDER. They told me they'd fix it again, but obviously, I'm not taking it back because they will probably destroy something else. They'd rather do a crap job to get it out fast and make quick money then to a good quality job for the customer. Then, when they mess up, they are cheap and won't do the responsible thing as company and pay to replace the customers' rear axle bc YOU MESSED UP, not the customer. I will be filling against them for damages to my vehicle.
Great customer service provided by these guys. Julio helped me choose the right option to make my truck one of a kind. The finance is simple, thanks to Jennifer that explained how to take advantage of my early buyout option, unlike other companies with so many hidden fees. And before I left everyone made sure everything was covered included the air, double checked by Mr. James
Went in looking for replacement tires on my ford f150 ended up walking out with purchasing a 6in rough country lift with 35s and wheels lol They were very helpful throughout the whole process and I’m very happy with how my truck turned out. They gave me a heck of a deal for the package so that was a plus. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! Thank yall !
Submitted some info on a link from Facebook. Jay had contacted me and listened to what I wanted and suggested a few items.
