I cannot say enough great things about this med spa. From the moment you walk in, the office staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The level of customer service here is exceptional. Kim is absolutely amazing — incredibly thorough, attentive, and meticulous with every treatment. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure everything is tailored specifically to you. Their attention to detail and precision truly sets them apart, and I always feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process. Whether it’s Botox, Dysport, or filler treatments, the results are consistently natural and beautifully done. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear they value both safety and artistry. This is a place where expertise meets genuine care, and I trust them completely. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a med spa that prioritizes quality, honesty, and patient experience.
Hannah is great! She is very kind and knowledgeable and did a great job with my ipl and frac laser. I’m editing my review a bit because after I voiced a concern earlier about some confusion I had with both instructions and pricing, the owner, Kim, was very responsive in reaching out to me. She was very gracious and wanted to make sure I was happy and that all was well. I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation. She couldn’t have been nicer. Two people recommended Aesthetic Haus to me and I will definitely pass along the recommendation!
I absolutely love Avery, she is very professional and does excellent work but also goes the extra mile to treat you like more than just a client. She always checks in to see how you are doing and what’s going on in your life. That is very rare these days. I love the Aesthetic Haus and everyone there is so pleasant. I would recommend it 💯!!
I had the absolute best experience with Abby, for my first time getting lip filler Abby is truly so sweet and welcoming. I was nervous at first but Abby completely talked me through the whole process and everyone there made me feel so comfortable and welcomed!! I couldn’t recommend her enough she’s truly amazing!
I got lip filler with Abby and had an amazing experience! I was a little nervous at first, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. The whole environment is calm and welcoming, which really helped me relax. Abby was incredibly sweet, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. From scheduling to the actual procedure, everything was smooth and professional. I also love that they scheduled my two-week follow-up right away to make sure everything stays on track with my care plan. She really listened to what I wanted.
