As someone who went through enough bad haircuts in my life, this place is perfect. Ashley has been cutting my hair for almost two years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. They know exactly what I’m looking for and I always leave satisfied. Great people, a warm comfortable environment, and professional.
Bennet was friendly and very accommodating of my 90 yr old Dad. He took his time and did a meticulous and thorough job. We enjoyed chatting with him and it didn’t feel forced. The space was nice and comfortable.
Booking: Simple and easy, booked same day for my first appointment. Quality: Great! Margie asked clarifying questions before starting to ensure we were both on the same page. If she needed to make a judgement call she asked me my preference. Environment: Great, small talk was pleasant but not forced and the general atmosphere was relaxed.
Arrived at my scheduled appointment with the door locked and this sign on the door. I took time off of work and drove 30 minutes to get here. This is completely unacceptable @management. At least cancel my appointment and send me a notification about it. I've been coming here for years. Margie is awesome. This isn't on her.
