We rented a bouncy castle from The Big Bounce Theory for our block party, and the experience was fantastic! Elkan was great! Arrived right on time for both setup and takedown, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled professionally, and we really appreciated how easy he made it for us. This is the fourth year going with Big Bouncy Theory and they are now a staple for birthdays and other events. First off the employees they have for the delivery and pickup of the inflatables are amazing, friendly, and great attitude. They called ahead of time to confirm someone was ready to receive the inflatable and worked with us to position it the best way and made adjustments prior to staking it down. The inflatable was great quality and did not have any rips, tears, or anything unsafe. Pickup was effortless as they came, greeted us and cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with the experience. The boys were great and will be using them for future events and recommendations.

I was so happy with this rental. I booked less than a week before our event. They were very accommodating. The price was great and the bouncy house quality was strong quality. Easy to set up and roll up. I liked the option to pick up and dropped off. Our kids loved it. I would recommend and and will definitely rent one again!
