Today Jan 24th, 2026 we had Worst experience. I have attached my recipient with date and stamp. We have been visiting this location for years we have never experienced the situation that we have been put in under the managemer (Daisy) today. One of my kids is the all ability side with wheelchair the manager denied us to wheel him in so he can be close to my eye side while we can supervise my other children. Which we have always done with no issue. It was really disheartening to be treated this way and unacceptable. Children of all ability should be treated the same way. We had to walk out and leave.

The family and I spent half a day here. We really enjoyed the climbing setup they had. It was fun but not all the kids had the nerve to do it. Logan got up there and Vanessa and I went up to keep him company and check it out! lol we are big kids at heart. Everyone enjoyed the different games. Jurassic Park was really fun. Some of the 3D games were amazing! We had fun on the bumper cars. This place has party rooms that are large and private. I’m sure it would be a great place to have a children’s birthday party. This is geared towards middle aged children and younger. We still had a ball.

quite a nice place to let kids spend their time at super cold winter time. very big indoor warehouse and good organized, quite a few big facilities let kids have lots of fun here.

Its a nice place for kids all ages including toddlers to go play and burn their energy. There is lots you can do with the admission package without buying extra packs though if you want more adventure it comes at an extra cost that is not small. I wonder how they disinfect that place though? Kids caught a stomach bug after the visit but this doesn't mean we won't be going back.

I went to Big Box with my kids and we had such a great time! The place is clean, safe, and full of fun activities for children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Dan, who was working in the playground area. He was very kind, patient, and really good with the kids. My children had an amazing experience thanks to him! Highly recommend Big Box for families looking for a fun day out!
