I visited the Black and White Store during my trip to Australia. We initially walked past while the store was still closed, but we were so impressed by the display that we decided to wait in the area just so we could come back once it opened. It was the best decision! The ladies in the store were amazing—offering great service, lovely conversation, and an incredible atmosphere. Along with handy fashion tips. This visit definitely brightened my Australian experience. Good luck, ladies, you are doing a fabulous job!
Very pushy sales person. I bought way too many items and she kept pushing. I said I didn’t want that many things. She then added some pants on the bill and said I’d get a discount. I really didn’t want to but was quite tired and said it was ok if I could return them if they didn’t go with things I already had. When I then took it back within 7 days she said I could only have a voucher and no refund. When I then asked for a refund and tried to explain she got angry and argumentative and took forever to give me the voucher as she wanted to keep fighting about how good the service was but I don’t think it was good service to be made to feel like you have to buy extra things before you can pay and leave.its so rude to tell a customer they can have a refund after trying clothes at home and then only give a voucher when they come back in the same week. I already spent $600 gladly so to not refund the $400 is so disappointing and ruins trust. Good customer service would have been to be happy with the $600 and trust that the customer would come back and spend more after a good experience instead of creating a bad experience and not keeping a promise. I’m a kind honest person and I don’t like being lied to. The clothes are nice so no need to bully people into buying. I had no problems with this store until I came back and was told I couldn’t have a refund. This made me a bit angry because that meant that she knowingly added more things onto my bill knowing that I couldn’t return it later. And she lied when she said I could have a refund. Could have been a misunderstanding but then just give the refund and let it go and wait for the next sale instead of mistreating nice people.
The lady who works here is so incredibly great and helpful! She picked out a bunch of perfect options for me, helped me style them, and was just generally lovely. Such a cool store and I’m so happy with my new top ⭐️🖤🤍
Came across this store today. It’s now going to be one of my regular shop to buy gorgeous staples . Great classic styles at affordable prices !! Merita is lovely and very helpful and makes you feel comfortable and takes the confusion out if shopping . Can’t wait to visit again !!
The Black and White Store is my favourite place to buy gorgeous classics that I can wear season after season. The girls are super friendly especially Merita and Cassie love how they style my looks. 5 stars!!
