I ordered pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving - they were THE BEST I’ve ever had! Amazing quality & absolutely delicious. It was also my first time at The Scale House Market which was so cool! I’ll definitely be pointing others their way & Blissful Whisk is my new go-to!

Raw pie for thanksgiving! Tiffany is rude and apparently I’m the only complaint! I wouldn’t buy anything from this bakery if my life depended on it!! Pie was $25 and I would have been better off getting a frozen one from the grocery store!

I have been a steady customer at The Blissful Whisk since they opened the original location on Barker Rd six years ago. This neighborhood bakery soon became my favorite place to go for signature pastries, cookies and cakes. This summer they closed the original location and relocated to The Scale House Market on East Eighth Ave in Spokane Valley, Booth #12. I have visited the new location several times and it is perfect for The Blissful Whisk. Tiffany continues to focus on the community by sharing her creative assortment of baked goods and delicious seasonal specialties. It is difficult to choose a favorite, but the peanut butter cookies and scones are at the top of the list. The cinnamon rolls and Tiffany's apple pie are also a must. The Blissful Whisk family is very friendly and always willing to help. I look forward to many more visits and if you haven't been yet, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

2023.May Update Blueberry Lemon Scone is another good one, but I prefer the moister Huckleberry Scone. The latter was as good and as big as last time. Enjoyed spending a bit work time in the shop. 2023.April Finally drove past here on my way to a work assignment at the right time: it was open and I had time to stop in and get something to go. The atmosphere is spot on adorable. The staff is wonderful. The scones are delicious. Definitely would love to be back on a more leisurely schedule and order a pastry and sip on a coffee. Until then I got to take home a Huckleberry Blueberry White Chocolate Chip scone (for me!) and an Orange Scone (for the husband). Delicious and I'm not even a fan of white chocolate. It's almost what stopped me from getting it, but they had me at Huckleberry and it looked so good on display. Price to value ratio I felt was also very good.

This bakery was the highlight of my trip to Spokane. Everything I wanted was so fresh and delicious. The lemon turnover was flaky, light, and sweet. The scone was thick with the perfect amount of berries. All of it was made with love.. I truly enjoyed everything we ordered and we ordered almost everything. The kind lady helping us put my order in a cute box to go and the next day what was left was still fresh. If you’re looking for a fun and tasty treat, stop in here!
