Asian lady is very rude not helpful at all…. Best buy products someplace else!!!! Did I say very rude, I walked out……
I went in looking for a Christmas present, but as soon as I entered, the employees ignored me while they talked among themselves. They saw me picking up a product and trying to find the price, yet no one approached me or offered any help. It was my first time visiting this store, and I ended up leaving and going to a different one. I understand I could have approached them myself, but in most stores, you usually receive at least a greeting or some basic assistance.
Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I always stop for a chat when I’m buying their seasonal goodies and they always are so helpful. Love coming there
As someone with severe social anxiety I came into body shop after leaving the b&b works (right next door) because a sales associate wouldn’t leave me alone. Hannah was soooo wonderful! She greeted me with her bubbly personality and actually respected my space/my willingness to walk around, browse and shop. I bought the body wash I wanted and left. Her service turned into a sale! So simple. Thank u Hannah.
Worst shopping experience ever. I bought 8 package for the gift for 8 friends. When I ask for 8 small bags the shop assistant refused to offer me 8 small bags and give me 1 big bag. According to what she said is the small bag is not enough for the whole week. If I want I have to buy the gift bag which is $4 each. Come on, This is the week of Black Friday. Just close if you don’t have enough bags. Or you should tell the customer before they come. So unprofessional. So annoying. Ruin my whole afternoon. Not come back again.
