I had the pleasure of being taught skincare by Fiona. She did an exceptional job, taking a personal interest in me, responding to me thoughtfully. Nusrat finalized the transaction for me and she was equally amazing! They both deserve commendation!!

Had such a lovely experience at The Body Shop, I never got the lady’s name but she was wearing glasses. She was an absolute star, I never got my skin tested for product suitability before and she done it and it was just such a pleasant experience. She really took her time and explained things to me. I got some of the products that were recommended and honestly I wish I got them sooner. I even got a compliment about my skin today! To the girl with the glasses that served me on Thursday the 19th of June - You Rock 🫶🏻
