I recently hosted a bridal shower for one of my best girls from growing up here. For starters- Andy (one of the fabulous co-owners) parallel parked my car! The space itself is beautiful with lots of natural light, and when I arrived it was all hands on deck for a quick set up. Kiki made it a breeze and Andy continued to go above and beyond throughout the set up, event, and breakdown. In the planning processes Marylee was kind, helpful, and patient handling each aspect with grace and poise. The bride was moved to tears at the beauty of the event made possible by BrickHouse RVA! We had the best day and I couldn’t recommend it more! For future events this is the top of my list and I couldn’t recommend it more.
This space is a very nice size and the interior is beautiful. The wood floors, brick walls and full-front two-story window create a comfortable atmosphere that can be dressed up or keep casually-chic! The manager and owner are very easy to work with and are responsive to questions and set-up or event planner needs. This space has a great vibe and I recommend it for any kind of event including meeting retreats, parties, receptions, or weddings/receptions. The manager and owner also support regional artists and feature different work each month! What a great way to make the space more engaging with a unique aesthetic. There is a large back room space to unload/load event supplies and equipment that you might want to add to the space and it is convenient for caterers, too. Check it out—I think you will like it as much as I do and I have no special affiliation with the owners or manager. It’s great!
We had the BEST experience with Brickhouse RVA for our recent wedding of about 50 people. The package that they offer is great! We can’t say enough good things about Marylee and how amazing she was throughout the whole process. We felt supported the whole time and she made sure that everything ran smoothly along with her business partner Andy on the day of. Marylee did such a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t stressed about anything. Marylee did a beautiful job setting everything up and the florals were gorgeous. I highly recommend Brickhouse RVA and Marylee Marmer Events for your next event. They made our day so special!
This is hands down the BEST place for a party!! I had my engagement party here and everything was absolutely perfect. I have a lot of family that traveled from out of town for just the day and Marylee was so accommodating with an early afternoon party and took care of everything behind the scenes. She gave me amazing recommendations and also let my backdrop vendor come in a bit early to ensure everything was set up on time!! Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate with our family and friends. 1000000/10 would do it all again at The Brickhouse RVA!!!
We had the pleasure to be at the opening of The Brickhouse RVA and it is simply such a beautiful space for all types of events. Marylee and her team will go above and beyond to help their clients with their events. Absolutely gorgeous!!!
