We love coming to the brunch house every time we visit from CA! The chilaquiles are flavorful and the perfect portion. Today we came in as a party of 16 and were served by Delilah. Delilah provided excellent service to our large party. A million thank yous to Delilah and the team in the kitchen for making today an amazing experience. We will be back!
The green chili was meh, tasted like mostly corn starch, the fries were good. Gravy for the biscuits was mostly butter and very gritty, there was very little sausage in it, biscuits were okay but pretty dry. We were given a hot chocolate with the top to a butter in it, when we brought it up to the waitress we didn't get a sorry or anything. They brought out food for half the table, then maybe 20 minutes later they brought out SOME of the rest of the food, without any communication about expectations on when the rest would be out. The Bloody Mary had way too much vodka in it. Overall it was not a good experience and we ended up getting to go boxes for the food we did get, canceling what we didn't get, and leaving.
I met my sister here for a late Monday brunch and was surprised to find a bit of a wait. Since I arrived first, I added my name to the list—done the old-fashioned way, with the hostess jotting it down on a slip of paper—and was quoted about a 20-minute wait. No problem; there were only a few groups ahead of me. The day was a bit chilly, so the patio wasn’t an option, but I waited outside anyway, as the small indoor waiting area was already quite congested. My sister arrived a few minutes later, delayed slightly by traffic, and just as we moved inside to warm up, my name was called and we were seated. The restaurant was spotless and absolutely bustling—every table, booth, and counter seat was filled, not a single empty chair in sight. The place had that vibrant hum of happy conversation, the clatter of dishes, and the steady rhythm of a busy brunch service. The staff moved quickly but with purpose, tending to guests with cheerful efficiency. Our server greeted us promptly and took our drink order. We both went with coffee—though I will say, the one drawback here is the lack of espresso drinks. Regular drip coffee it was. The menu offered a generous variety, blending breakfast and lunch options with a Mexican influence. Alongside classics like French toast, waffles, and seasonal pancakes, there were flavorful options such as breakfast tacos, a Mexican skillet, enchiladas, and more. We decided on the Mexican skillet and the breakfast tacos. The food arrived in good time, hot and beautifully prepared. It had that comforting, homemade quality—like brunch at your mom’s house. The atmosphere was bright and open, with a hint of diner charm, and the staff checked on us frequently, which made us feel genuinely cared for. With its extensive menu, warm service, and delicious food, this spot is absolutely one I’d return to.
I was visiting the Boulder area and was trying to find a decent brunch restaurant to have with my daughter on 2 Aug 2025. I accomplished the infamous Google search for restaurants (that were still serving breakfast food) near my hotel in Broomfield and this one popped up within a reasonable distance, so we opted to try it out. When we arrived, I was worried because I was already starting to get some "hangry" spells and saw a bunch of people waiting outside so I wasn't sure how long the wait time would be. We checked in with the host and were informed that the wait time would be ~20 minutes, so my daughter and I just waited outside. When we finally got called, we were told to sit at the bar/counter area...though, it's not my favorite choice of seating, but considering I was starving, I didn't care where we sat down. I was a little disappointed that the counter still had dirty dishes and food particles all over...but the host informed us to just sit down and they'll clean it off afterwards. It's just surprising they didn't ensure the area was clean prior to having me (or anyone for that matter) sit there. Looking through the menu, I was overwhelmed with all the options - it all sounded good. However, we ended up ordering the Supreme Omelet with Pancakes, Hash Browns, and a side of Tortillas; Breakfast Tacos with Hash Browns, Coffee, and Orange Juice. The food was amazing! Considering how busy this restaurant was at the time of my visit, I was amazed at how fast everything was prepped and delivered to us. Our main server, Marina, did a good job that afternoon, though it did take a significant time to get our check at the end. Regardless, she was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. The restaurant's interior was nice; everything looked up-to-date and maintained very well. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was adequate; therefore, I have zero issues in that area. I highly respect this business for their support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! Overall, I can definitely see myself returning for another visit if I'm ever in the area again because as mentioned earlier, the menu items sounded great and caught my attention. I liked my first experience here as depicted in my 4-star rating and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
I had a Dr's appointment next door, so I decided to eat here prior. It was a Saturday morning, and there weren't too many customers. The restaurant seems awfully new but very hip and clean. As soon as you enter, you feel the vibe. Fresh and energetic. Our waitress name was Karen, but she didn't look like a Karen. We ordered the Mexican eggs Benedict and the Brunch skillet. Both were absolutely phenomenal. We were very impressed with the seasonings and portions. Karen was charming and super friendly. Afterward, she offered us Tres Leches waffles, which sounded delicious, but we were full. We may have found our new breakfast spot even though it's not near our place. Highly recommend people visit.
