My technician Jvon.T was outstanding! He did a thorough inspection of my property, pointed out potential problem areas and was able to confirm with ease.. He walked me through the payment options I was able to pick the plan that fit. Positive attitude, great experience. 10/10
I’ve had big master for a year and they’ve been great! Timely, available, good at educating Dos/Don’ts to avoid future pests. Chandler came out to help with some mice we have under our deck, and he was super knowledgeable and helpful!! He gave great suggestions and had wonderful insight into how the pests could get worse in the future, but what Bugmaster would do to prevent it. They even have warranties!
My Service Technician Adam was amazing. Every time Adam came to my home he was professional, positive, very knowledgeable, and understanding to my concerns and always was willing to give informative feedback as to who I could contact to handle things that Bug Master didn’t handle. The initial inspection was a bit pricey, but my service tech Adam I could not have asked for a better person to handle the task.
