RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW! 1. Promised can fix but get it worse also got the scratch on the ring my partner sent me. 2. Couldn’t fix without telling me, till I made the phone call to ask. 3. Got limited jewelry knowledge, in the end the customer fixed by using silver wipe. 4. GREED 5. They can’t really speak English, which can’t really understand you as well. I sent my silver ring from my partner to the shop, since I have limited knowledge of jewelry, and it got pink stain on it, so I thought my ring got the silver layer instead of 100% silver. But it is silver. They first promised to help me fix, but in the end couldn’t get it fixed and get it even worse. I’m waiting for their update but got nothing back, till I made the phone call, then they told me the thing. They got my ring damaged, you can see the scratch in the photo. Also they ask if I want to get a same ring they can make another one for me. It’s from my partner, are you kidding me. Then guess how I fixed the ring. I went to the jewelry store, bought a silver wipe, then it all fixed. RUN IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW!
I had a necklace with a broken clasp that several jewellers told me they couldn't fix however, The Classic Jewellers took ine look, offered a solution that worked, quoted an extremely reasonable price and then said it would be done the next day. My necklace looks great and I can wear it again. Highly recommend.
