I have my home cleaned every three weeks. This group works with my ever-changing schedule beautifully. They are dependable and thorough, and they are well trained.
We’ve been using Carole’s Cleaning for a couple of years. They do a really good job. Price is reasonable. Jace and Alexa do a fantastic job.
First cleaning was fantastic! Went downhill from there. Most recent cleaning left streaks in my kitchen cabinets. Initially, they seemed willing to address the issue but eventually said “we tested all our products and didn’t get any streaks.” They weren’t interest in working with me to resolve the issue. I simply said I’d like to discontinue my service and they had no problem closing my account. Most places would want to work with keeping a customer. They didn’t.
I hired them to deep clean my empty home prior to selling. They did the absolute bare minimum and even charged me for an additional hour. They did not clean any appliances, windows, light switches, shelves, and several other items. What I was even more disappointed in is how poor the customer service was when I brought this to their attention. I received no apology or any sort of offer to reconcile the situation. I am now having to hire another company to clean what they failed to.
