I am so thankful for The Cleaning Authority! They send me automated reminders when my cleaning is scheduled, communicate approximate timing of arrival through their app, and let me know when the cleaning is complete. The friendly employees take pride in their work and leave my home clean and looking its best! By far, this is the best cleaning company experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!
I was thrilled to have my home deep cleaned today by The Cleaning Authority, as they offer the most competitive pricing compared to our previous cleaner, whose rates have doubled over the years, and they came highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, one of the cleaners was rather clumsy during the service. She first dropped the lid of our candy jar onto my glass sofa table, narrowly avoiding a disaster. However, she then shattered my cherished family heirloom, my late grandmother’s glass cake display. Her only response was a lackluster apology, devoid of any empathy, as she continued with her work. Of all the fragile items in my home, it’s heartbreaking that she broke something so precious to me. 🥺😢😭 I have small children that actively use this cake dish for my desserts. Our previous cleaning service has not broken any of my things. But this clumsy adult comes into my homes , hire to clean then destroy a family heirloom. 🫤 As far as the cleaning, it’s decent and the other cleaning lady was thorough. The bathroom was spotless. You get what you pay for, I suppose. 🙃
I was very excited about the detail rotation service offered by The Cleaning Authority. However, for my first clean (which is supposed to be a deep clean of all the "wet" areas of the house), the floors were not fully cleaned, the oven and drains were not cleaned and the fume hood was still dirty - I'm talking, easy to see, visible dirt. I inquired several times and received no resolution after providing images of floor damage as well. They did a good job with the bathrooms, but the kitchen and floors left much to be desired in the main living areas of my home. For a $250 initial clean, I would expect much more.
Yesterday was my first and last cleaning with this company. The attention to detail was lack there of. They didn’t explain their cleaning rules or policies before (asked what I needed to do before they came) or during the cleaning. I called them twice after the cleaning to understand what their job and duties were supposed to be. They throw my child’s clothes in a pile with dirty shoes, they didn’t swipe, vacuum or mop the floors proficiently. They said the first visit to would pay most attention to the bathroom well my are still not cleaned proficiently. Their response was sorry and that could come back out. Which I feel is wrong because I invested my money into something that have be done properly as promised, the first time. I wasted my money and time, because I had to go back and finish a job that I paid for to be done. This morning I called to cancel because more time and effort should have went into something that people are paying their money for and mines was wasted.
Young ladies are charming, thorough, and leave my home sparkling ! II appreciate them so much 😊
