Matt did my hair for my cousin's wedding. Appt was at 12:30, ceremony was at 4:30, Uber from the after party was at 2am. My hair DID NOT MOVE 🤩 4 hours of dancing, some running around, very sweaty, but hair still looked fabulous. My hair was very flowy and not hair sprayed like a helmet. Great volume and pieces placed to perfection. I got a ton of compliments and it stayed up the next day on my flight home lol. Everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon to everyone!!
Heather is great with curly/wavy hair and everyone was very friendly. I haven’t had a hair dresser really understand my hair needs as I have 2B curly/wavy hair, and Heather not only was really efficient- she handled my hair in a way that works well with my texture, and this is the first hair cut I’ve gotten that I really love. The salon is beautifully designed too, very stylish and comfortable, and they’re so accommodating.
Cara is amazing!! I have tried all the top salons in Milwaukee trying to find a stylist that could do the exact icy bleach blond I have been desiring AND be able to do an amazing haircut AND who actually listens to what I'm asking for AND completes it all in a timely manner. I know, I am high maintenance. AND THEN I FOUND CARA!!!! She does it all! She listened and worked with me until we found the perfect color that I love (I get so many compliments too). I have been seeing her for about 6 months now and every haircut has been amazing!! So well structured to my face and styling needs. She always checks in to make sure we are still on the same page and best of all she is so efficient!! Time is very important to me as I am sure it is to most people. I do not want to spend 3-4 hours at a salon and with Cara its usually about 2 hours total for what takes way longer with anyone else. I could not be happier and I really think Cara is the best in the entire city!!!!
I have been seeing Matt for over 7 years and followed him when he moved to his own salon! Matt's work is amazing. Every cut and color I have had come out perfect! I have recommended many friends to Matt and they love him too! The entire staff at The Collective is just awesome! If you haven't been it is a must try! You will know from the first appointment what I am talking about
Cara ha sido mi peluquera durante más de 20 años y, cada vez que me arreglo el pelo, me voy más feliz y más emocionada que la anterior. Ella es creativa, profesional, divertida y está enfocada en hacer felices a sus clientes. Ella hace un color increíble y su peinado es fantástico. Cada vez voy sin ninguna dirección propia que pueda aportar y siempre me encantan los resultados. ¡La he seguido desde Austin hasta Houston y, si hace falta, la seguiré hasta Milwaukee.
