Blake was fantastic assisting are family during our time of greatest need; supporting us to find housing after we lost our home in the Eaton Canyon Fire. He generously donated his time FOC and helped us negotiate with potential landlords who were taking advantage of our situation (after most other agents were charging exorbitant fees). It’s times like these that you find out who you can count on. Trustworthy, generous and knowledgeable. If we are in the market to rent, sell and or purchase a new home Blake would be our go to!
Blake Dwyer and The Collective, Realty are truly best in class. I was blown away by the white glove service in every aspect of the transaction. When looking at properties I would receive new listings within hours of the posting going live. On the weekends, Blake curated a perfect tour schedule every time so we hit the properties in an order that made sense and came prepared with printed out packets for us that included the information about the properties we were seeing that day. During negotiations and offers, he called the other realtor to get direct feedback on the sellers wants and needs, the other offers, and where we needed to be to transact. He took the time to walk us through all the documentation and answered every question we had during the closing process. We actually were able to get everything done so fast we closed in just over 2 weeks. After we closed, part of the team reached out to set up our utilities for us and provide us additional details on insurance and home protection services too! But above everything else, Blake made himself available pretty much 24/7 while he himself had just become a father. I don’t know how he manages to do it all, but that’s why he’s the best in the business.
I was recommended to Viviana through a mutual acquaintance and was immediately impressed with her first impression. She was so pro active in the process by taking control of my obstacles, with my ok.
