Jeff was amazing to work with. I was a first time homebuyer and he made the process seem so simple and easy and with him it was. I really appreciated all of his knowledge from flipping houses, I asked so many questions and he was very transparent with me which is what I needed! He makes great suggestions and was just so awesome to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Jeff. Update 4 years later - I reached back out to Jeff to sell the home he had helped me purchase. Just as before he made the process so easy and his team was incredible yet again. They made sure we did the best negotiations to get everything we wanted and find a great buyer for our home.
As homebuyers, Jeff has been our go-to realtor twice in 4 years. Both experiences have been super positive. Jeff was an amazing agent to work with! My husband and I just bought our first house with his help and he made it as painless as possible. He was always easy to get in contact with and his knowledge of home repair was a bonus when we ad questions about what things needed to be fixed nd how much they might cost. He also has a great network of contractors, plumbers, etc share which helped us feel less overwhelmed when it came to finding pros to help fix up our new home. Highly recommend Jeff and his team!
Jeff and his team are fantastic to work with and has helped me purchase two homes and sell one. He's incredibly knowledgeable about what's going on in the Columbus housing market and is very responsive, personable and easy to communicate with. What I really appreciate about Jeff is his attention to detail and structural knowledge of houses. Every time we looked at a house Jeff was thoroughly inspecting the house to give us a heads up on any potential issues or items of note that he saw.
