We honestly don’t know how to put into words how amazing Rachel and her team were. From the very first email and phone call right through to the last minute, Rachel’s flexibility, kindness and organisation were truly appreciated. The space, the catering and the team all deserve more than five stars! We’re so glad we stumbled across this hidden gem. We had the best party here and our guests were blown away by the space. We’ll definitely be using The Common again for future events. A special shout out to Jono and Nick who manned the bar – you guys were so much fun and brought the best vibes. Thank you Rachel! You are amazing.
This is the venue you want. We had 78 people for a 21st birthday and everything ran smoothly. Communication was timely and clear. Staff hired for evening were really helpful with nothing too hard. The venue looked amazing! It’s a venue that can be left as is or like us can be blinged for what you want. We loved that everything was set ready to go.
I hosted a 30th birthday here for my husband and it was perfect. The owner Rachel was just incredible with her communication and took the time during to the tour to answer all my questions. The layout was beautiful and it was kid friendly which honestly, very hard to find a kid friendly venues. Also Lou was so helpful on the day! My goodness this gal needed extra things here and there and the help was fantastic. Value for money was 10/10. Thank you so much!
My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Common in April 2023. I was blown away with how helpful the team at the Common were with assisting us in the organization of the day, they really made the lead up a stress free experience. The open space provides endless opportunities for the placement of furnishings and decor, which was perfect for us to personalise the environment to our liking. The reception itself was BEAUTIFUL and turned out even better than I expected, I was truly blown away with how perfect it looked. Thank you so much to the team at the Common for providing us with our dream reception!
We held our wedding reception at The Common. Rachel & the team were absolutely amazing, we couldn’t fault anything. The communication leading up to the wedding was great, it was so easy to access the venue and we loved that it was a blank canvas so could create what we envisaged for our day. I highly recommend this space for any event big or small, we will be back!! We had Events By Bridget style the entire space - it was flawless so definitely look into their combined packages.
