Chelsea has changed my life. I had knee replacement followed by hip and leg pain for a few years. Following medical advice I tried several Pilates studios but it wasn't until I found The Crane that my healing started. I took consistently private equipment and mat classes for a year under the detailed observation and guidance of Chelsea- one small adjustment in form and position would make all the difference for the right muscle to work pain free! Every class I was greeted by Chelsea saying: "Anything specific you need us to work on today?" What a way to feel welcomed!. Now a year later I feel stronger than I have felt in decades and pain free; I started group classes- but the groups are really small and the same level of detail is present every single minute.
