Dawn Griffin and her team were outstanding from the very first time I met her and Tina at my senior Dad's house to start the process of selling the house after Mom had passed. She explained how she believed was the best way to market the house, and what steps I should take during the process to get it ready to sell. She had a timeframe plan and we followed it, and we received offers as soon as it was listed before the Open House, for more than the asking price. The final process leading up to the closing went smooth and everyone on her team and at their Elite Title Co. were wonderful and very helpful to work with together. I'm very happy we chose the Dawn Griffin Group, and would highly recommend and use them again. It was simply a great and professional experience, Thank you!
We purchased a home with Dawn recently, immediately followed by the sale of our old home. I could write a chapter on how phenomenal Dawn and her team are, here is the short version. She has a ton of experience and expertise in all aspects of the process, including market analysis, selling/buying strategy, the houses themselves (always calling out concerns or questions during showings and getting answers whenever needed), and negotiation. She's very responsive and always has time for you. The communication from her and the team guiding the process was timely, detailed, and well-organized so I knew exactly what was needed when, and didn't feel overwhelmed. The marketing materials and photos for our sale were excellent, and we got multiple above-asking offers quickly. She also has great referrals/partners, and we needed several (lender, title company, staging company, designer, painters, flooring, cleaners and other contractors). She and her team were with us every step of the way. Can't imagine having done it with anyone else.
Working with Dawn Griffin was truly one of the best decisions we made in our home journey. From helping us sell our home to finding our new one, she made every step feel easy and supported. She always returned phone calls — which were many— and answered all of our questions with calmness and knowledge. She really took the time to understand what mattered most to us — not just in a house, but in a home — and guided us with honesty and kindness the entire way. To say our home buying journey was a rollercoaster would be an understatement but Natalie helped us navigate all the obstacles that came our way! We were first time home buyers, so we essentially knew nothing about this process, but she was always very patient with us. She is such a down to earth, genuine, outgoing, upbeat person, and never made my fiancé and I feel like a bother. She made us feel heard and went above and beyond for us. She felt like not just our realtor but a friend. To the point, I'm even sad that we no longer will be working together! She is responsive, caring, and full of knowledge. Natalie was an amazing buyer's agent to work with - she absolutely got our vibe within our onboarding call & walked us through the home buying process with ease (we're first-time buyers). She was always responsive & gave great insight as we searched for homes that we wouldn't have thought much about. Kristin is like your real estate guardian angel. Once we were under contract - she helped us stay on track and his all of the deadlines required. Again - this was super helpful as first-time buyers because we had NO idea what to expect.
