Recently purchased a necklace and bracelet from Amanda at The Diamond Girls. I can't say enough good things about the level of service both before the purchase and how amazing the service was after the purchase. There was a defect with part of linkage with the bracelet after sending a picture and informing Amanda they said no problem bring it in. When we returned to the store a few days later they had a brand new replacement for my wife. That's amazing service and no waiting for repairs. We will only be using The Diamond Girls for all our jewelry needs. Thank you Brian and Nichol

From the moment we walked in the door at Diamond Girls we were treated like we mattered. Jerney was the lucky gal to work with us— I joke because I must have reached out to her daily until the custom build was finished and shipped. But truly, we were the lucky ones. Jerney not only made us feel welcome, but she never made us feel like we were judged in any way. Every other store I have ever been to I/we often felt like the person “helping” is secretly thinking to themselves that I am a waste of their time because they pass judgment that I won’t purchase. Not Jerney— she asked us what our needs were and we told her about a dream. Showed her my wedding set and mentioned how I’d love my upgrade (that I’d hopefully get one day) to be a tribute to my original because it meant so much. She showed me a few things and let me try on a few things. We chatted a lot and walked away not sure that the dream would come to reality. Did I mention we were home in Boise visiting and had to fly out the next day back to our temporary home in Key West (thank you military). Needless to say we kept in constant contact (as mentioned: nearly daily) and multiple computer aided designs (CADs) later our dream of custom designing an upgrade to my original wedding set was reality. Jerney truly made a our journey unforgettable. Once the ring was complete she made sure to overnight it to us and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way! Way prettier in real life and just truly a dream come true. We can’t thank you enough Jerney and we WILL work with you again! As far as shipping— it was packaged just perfectly and the box in the photos was then placed in another box which was not obvious what the cargo was. It was insured and had to be signed for. Jerney also made sure to include all insurance documents so I was able to get it insured right away.
