Fitted an EV charging unit at my place of work. Muhammad was very patient and the work was done quickly. Very neat and tidy job and good price. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys.
RCD tripped on December 31st. After patiently guiding me over the phone in an attempt to restore my power, nothing worked. They showed up the next day, January 1st, when usually nothing moves and sorted the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Cannot thank you enough for the provided service.
Although he couldn’t attend in person due to the late hour, he kindly offered to guide me through the issue via video call instead. He was very professional, patient, and clear with his explanations, and in the end we successfully solved the problem with my tripped fuse box. I really appreciated the help and would highly recommend The Electrical Folks.
I had a problem with my RCD tripping and all my downstair lights went off. Spoke with Taheer at Electrical Folks who talked me through the process of elimination to identify and resolve the fault.
