This has been a great experience for me. I train 4 times a month to increase my muscle mass and to improve my bone health. My Medicare Advantage thru UHC covers these 4 visits! I really look forward to my workouts. My trainer, Tyler, is awesome.
As a non-exerciser in a family of runners, I knew the importance of training but didn't like the idea of going to a gym. I was persuaded to give the new-to-Fort Worth Exercise Coach a try. My goal was to gain strength. Unlike most gyms, EC is small, private, convenient, and quick! Researching the science behind the "only 20 minutes twice a week" philosophy convinced me that results could occur. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, clean, and the staff is top-notch. Well trained and able to explain how it all works, they also become one's personal cheerleader. Although the amount of effort does increase as one's ability improves, it is not hard to remember that it is only 20 MINUTES! Can you tell I am a fan?
It’s a great way to start the day! The personalized experience, high tech equipment/efficient system as well as the awesome coaches really make it perfect for me. I especially enjoy working with Carson. He is always very positive and friendly, which is *super important to me. Plus, he pushes me in a healthy way that fits my personality and physical abilities. I’ve gotten quite a lot stronger! Every session is like a little competition with myself.
