Perfect lashes & brows in one visit! I saw Karla Cruz at The Eyeconic Lash for an eyelash lift and tint and an eyebrow shaping and tint. From start to finish, everything was great—clean studio, relaxing service, and Karla’s attention to detail is top-notch. My lashes are lifted and defined without feeling crunchy, and my brows have a natural shape and tint that flatters my face. She walked me through each step and gave easy aftercare tips. Zero negatives—just beautiful results. Highly recommend!
Karla is a genuine professional. She is meticulous in her trade and skillful in the right treatment or lash service. She has helped me shape my eyelashes via a keratin treatment. Lastly, I will say Karla treats her profession seriously- she invest in her education, is always looking for better less toxic products, and is very detailed in the care of the treatment, I have very sensitive eyes and she purchased special materials for my session. Karla does not mess around with her clients. I read a poor review below and I’ve never had that experience, in fact the complete opposite - I rarely give any reviews but after reading the one below had to express my experience with Karla for the last 3 years. If I ever had any concerns Karla will get to the bottom of the issue to resolve. As I mentioned Karla is a sweetheart of a gal. True Texas sweetheart!
If you have sensitive eyes, Karla is the one to go to! She gave me the best lash lift I’ve ever had. It looked perfect, lasted longer than any of the others I’ve gotten, and it didn’t make my eyes burn or water, which has been an issue for me in the past. She had a great energy and will make you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. 10/10 recommend.
Thanks to Karla, when I wake up now I feel like I'm already pretty much ready for my day because of my lashes! Karla is amazing at what she does! She's been a true lifesaver for me! I hadn't had my lashes done in years and had been waiting until I could afford it ...But when I was ready I hastily booked an appointment before researching the individual who would be doing my lashes... That was a huge mistake! I went home and literally held back tears (I didn't want to mess them up worse than they already were) because they looked horrible. Clump together in the middle somehow and I couldn't separate them, too short and very hard. I called around 2 days later on a Saturday morning praying that I could find someone to fix them... I honestly wasn't even very hopeful but I read some of Carla's reviews and thought I've got to give it a shot... I told her my situation, she was very sympathetic and fit me in that afternoon! We discussed what I didn't like about the ones that I had and we talked about what style would look best for me and what type of lash I showed her a couple of pictures and she told me what would look best with my facial features and what would open up my hooded eyes. She took special care and had to carefully remove my lashes that were glued together in a clump too close to my skin and The finished product was more than I could have even hoped for! After this experience I've really realized that it is not so much the lashes that you're booking whenever you book a lash appointment if you want them to look amazing you have to pay attention to the person that's doing them because that makes all the difference in the world! And now I really wouldn't trust anyone but Karla to do my lashes!

I now have been seeing the owner- Karla in The Eyeconic lash for 2 years since my initial review. She has always kept my lashes on track. She has never led me astray, when said its serum time I did it and knew if I didn’t respond we may need to take a break. But the serum she recommended worked like a charm. She knows what she is doing and wants the best for her clients! I mean, why wouldn’t she!
