I been training with Allie for a month…I have a torn pec, torn trap, 3 knee surgeries and a tendon issue on my bicep. I felt like trash. After FIVE WEEKS, I go out and record my hobby and see this (attached). This girl knows what’s up and will fix you. Is she worth the money? She’s worth another life and that’s what I feel I got from her for real. If you’re on the fence about getting right, this girl is the greener side.
Allie has been a great fit life coach helping me stay consistent with my workout program she has made specific to what I need to improve my physic. Always has been available when I have questions about meal plans or about my workouts. I’ve been working with Allie for over three years. My goals have changed over time, from competitive dirt bike racing to maintaining strength. Through the changes she has given me the tools and support to achieve all ends of the fitness spectrum. What made the biggest difference for me was learning nutrition hacks (easy recipes, best choices at fast food restaurants, etc) that blended with my lifestyle. I still eat ice cream and pasta and don’t feel guilty about it. Allie is so good about teaching habits that make a lasting difference and fit with your lifestyle without restrictions.
