Very bad service, very bad attitude, they sent a flower to a wrong address, when I call to complain about it, they just hung up on me. And the flower looks UGLY ！！！I originally want to give zero start, but the system does not allow no star, so I put one star just so I can post

Walked into The Flower Bucket (Waco TX) today to get a flower arrangement made for a friend in the hospital. They were able to make one from scratch while I waited. Loved it!
I ordered flowers well in advance for a friend’s birthday. After much consideration, I ordered the “pink and white” flowers as I liked the neutral, soft palette. What was delivered was a fine arrangement, but the dominating flower is the red rose and it does not match what I ordered or wanted. I would not order from here again.
My son made an oopsy and “forgot” Mother’s Day. But he made up for it BIG TIME! These arrived ( after Mother’s Day but who cares!) fresh, beautiful and smelled wonderful! They stayed so fresh days later! Even the delivery guy was super nice!
