Had my hair cut by Sam Forbes a week or two ago, he did an excellent job with great customer service and made great conversation will definitely be coming back.
I accidentally booked an appointment on Booksy for this barbers and cancelled it straight away. They charged me a cancellation fee - I've reached out and they haven't even responded.
Terrible experience. There was no professional barber present during my haircut, and the trainee completely messed it up. A noticeable cut was made in my hair that can’t even be styled properly. From the start, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. Later, a lady staff member, who claimed to be a professional, came to fix it—but her attitude was awful. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she was doing me a favour. I pointed out the issue multiple times, but she didn’t fix it properly. She looked irritated and made faces while I politely asked her to correct what the trainee had done. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially with trainees—but the way the staff behaved was unacceptable. A little professionalism and effort to fix the issue would have made a big difference. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. My hair still looks weird, and I’ll probably have to get it fixed elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
Over the moon with my pixie cut restyle by Michelle! She really understood the style I was going for and made sure I walked out feeling confident. Such a lovely person too, looking forwards to coming back!
