I was shopping there this afternoon. I saw a dress I liked and saw a girl go into the fitting room before me with no issue. I waited for her to finish and went in there after. There was no sign or anything. As soon as I take off my top off, the sale associate said she has to check if anything was left, I told her I was in my bra and she said she still had to come in. I put on the dress all sideways so I’m not standing in my bra as people walk by. She looks under the shirt I had put on their chair and under the chair saying she had to check under there, as if there was literally anything I was hiding under the chair to steal. It was the most rude experience I ever had and saw that the women before and after me did not get hassled. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman of color. Awful experience. If you want someone to wait for an associate before stepping in the dressing room, put a sign up. Or treat all the customers consistently. Or don’t come in when I say I’m in my bra. Awful service.
I came here on a day out with friends. The people working there were friendly, but I ended up waiting outside while my friends shopped because the shop didn’t carry anything in my size (which is usually a US 16 or XL/XXL). Definitely not an inclusive store sizing-wise, so it was very uncomfortable place to be in since my friends could find clothes in their size but I couldn’t. So disappointed because there were a lot of clothes that I did like but did not accommodate my size. If you’re plus-size, you’ll probably only be able to buy accessories/jewelry here. The only sizes I saw were XS-L :(
He estado comprando en Brightside desde que abrió su primera tienda en Federal Hill. Cada ubicación es increíble. Tienen las mejores selecciones de ropa, joyería y muchas otras cosas divertidas. ¡Ojalá pudiera comprarlo todo en esta tienda! Me encantan todos los asesores de ventas. Esta es mi tienda favorita en Baltimore... con diferencia. No solo su estilo es único en comparación con cualquier otra boutique de la ciudad, también cuentan con el personal que está a la altura de su genialidad. Creo que hablo por casi todas las chicas de la ciudad; este es el lugar para conseguir los looks más en tendencia y las piezas y accesorios más bonitos, etc. También organizan eventos increíbles y divertidos en la comunidad a lo largo del año. ¡Si aún no has ido a Brightside, hazte un favor: deja lo que estés haciendo y ve ahora mismo.
¡Me encanta esta tienda! Toda su ropa es súper bonita y está a la moda, sin dejar de ser única. Tengo varias prendas de la tienda y me encantan todas. Además de su increíble estilo, todos sus empleados son tan amables y serviciales cada vez que entro. ¡5 estrellas bien merecidas!
