You can feel the magic, warmth, and overall just wonderful energy being in this space from the moment you enter. I felt so welcome and at ease through the entire process. I have wanted to take boudoir photos for a while and I am so grateful that I did and that it was here, the hair and makeup made me look like a doll, and it was really cute. I had a really good time, with good conversations, professional, and amazing photos.

I felt incredibly comfortable and confident. The team at the Goddess Experience was professional and communicated well across the entire interaction. The studio was clean and safe, and I was able to play my own music to increase my comfort. I will absolutely go to them first if I do this again. It is not cheap, but the cost included professional makeup and hair (if I had any; I’m bald), and it was gorgeous. The props and set were transformed by the artists. I was able to see proofs same day and order my products easily. They felt safe with my bigger body and were able to accommodate personal requests.

The Goddess Experience Boudoir changed my entire perception of myself 🤯 I am literally speechless at how ethereal, stunning, and drop-dead gorgeous I looked—and felt—throughout this entire experience. I walked in with no idea what to expect. I’ve done boudoir sessions before, I’ve posed for artists, I’ve been in front of cameras… but nothing compares to this. This was on a completely different level… especially for someone who has struggled with body image and self confidence. From the moment I sat in the chair, Ebony, the makeup artist, treated me with such professionalism, gentleness and complete artistry. She doesn’t just “do makeup”—she paints like the Renaissance and Baroque masters. I genuinely felt like crying when I took the makeup off later that evening because it felt like I was destroying a one of a kind long-lost Rembrandt painting. Karen—the maestro behind the camera— is on par with notable photographers like David LaChappelle. The way she sees people and the way she’s able to translate a vision into reality is amazing to witness. She didn’t just take my photos; she captured an essence of me I’ve never even met before in my 30 years of living. Her direction, her eye for detail, her ability to draw out confidence and vulnerability at the same time… it was truly unreal. I’ve never felt so powerful, beautiful, or truly, seen. And this experience would not have been possible without Kari, who orchestrated the entire process with kindness, organization, and hospitality that immediately put me at ease. She kept me laughing, kept me hyped, and she saved me from my garter-straps sabotaging me more than once. She communicated everything so clearly and made the entire experience flow effortlessly and comfortably. These artists are so inspiring and are true masters of their crafts. I am so proud to live in the same community as them because they validate and are the true embodiment of Winston-Salem being called the city of arts and innovation! This isn’t just a service they provide. It isn’t just a pretty photoshoot. It’s a transformation. It’s a reclamation. It’s an experience everyone deserves at least once in their lives. I walked out feeling like the highest, most divine version of myself. And I will carry that version of me forever in my photos. So should you book a session? Uh, ABSOLUTELY. Book it. Don’t think. Just book it. You deserve to meet the version of you they’re about to introduce you to. 10/10. Zero notes. Pure magic ✨

My experience from start to finish was amazing! Great communication before, during, and after my session. Information regarding photo products was very clear, and transparent pricing throughout. You’re really getting an all-inclusive service with hair, makeup, and plenty of time in front of the camera. All staff made me feel extremely welcome and at ease. Already making plans to return for a maternity shoot in the future!

I had an awesome experience! I was so nervous about what to expect! The whole day ended up being amazing and my nerves were settled as soon as we started the shoot! I definitely recommend giving this a try if you never have…..you won’t be disappointed!!!
