We had to find a place for a last minute birthday brunch and we found the Grand Banquet Room. The minute we walked into that room, it just felt right - airy room with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, food that was satisfying. Our guests kept complimenting our choice of venue. It turned out to be one of those days when everything simply worked!
I booked weeks ago for 9 people for the mothers day buffet, and was phoned the day day before to confirm it and told we would be in the buffet room. We arrived at our designated time and taken to a table OUTSIDE the buffet room. We were then told to get in line which was right next to our table. The food was cold, mediocre, and reminded me of the the Army chow line. They did not have sterno keeping the food warm, ran out of food, sausage and bacon in the same tray with only a few pieces of each and they were covered in oil on the bottom of the the tray. Service was terrible, never asked to refill coffee, had to ask for more water, and sodas never refilled or offered. The line to the serving are led out the door and people were standing right behind us. We couldn't even get out of our chairs. No one finished their meals because of the cold food. The topper is they then ADDED A TIP OF 20% OR $68.00! FOR WHAT?? I paid $443.00 for a meal not worth $90.00. This was a complete fiasco for Mothers Day. Never again. The high ratings are either false, or fir regular diners which I've been there and enjoyed. The staff stood around talking about their tips.
Had my best friends bridal shower here and it was amazing. The space is beautiful, clean, and table set up was so nice. The food was fresh and delicious. Working with Sam was easy and the waitresses were sweet and very attentive. Highly recommend for any party or event.
Very Elegant and quaint. Here for a wedding reception, but nothing but "AWESOME" to describe it. Love this experience here.
