Mike helped me sell my father’s house as well as my own - Two very different properties (an older home with 12 acres and a newer one in the suburbs). Even though they appealed to different buyers, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional for both. He always kept us in the loop, making what could’ve been a stressful process very manageable. I couldn’t recommend Mike and his team highly enough.

He made the entire process simple and painless. He also had a staging consultant that I worked with who helped me get the house ready to show. I received an offer in 48 hours and closed in just a few weeks. Mike and his team was great to work with and I'd recommend him to sell your home.
The Gunselman team is awesome! They recently sold my house for a lot more than what I was expecting and within just one week. The buying process was also easy. There was no pressure and we felt they were giving us honest and knowledgeable advice. I recommend them to all my friends and family!
Excellent group to work with. Mike and Austin did a great job laying out the process and even during the purchase I had some issues I wanted fixed and they had excellent recommendations on contractors. Even after the purchase was complete I was impressed with the follow up and quick communication. I figured after the sale was done they would be long gone but that was not the case. I had some questions about my home warranty and was pleased with the quick reply. I am completely happy with our home purchase but if I ever plan to sell the Gunselman group will the first people I call when I do sell my house. My favorite part of the process was the complete honesty when I asked a question regardless if it wasn't the answer I wasn't looking for. Bar none the best experience I have had buying a house.
