This gym has a very easy sign up, and cancellation policy. Members are awesome, and people are respectful and clean up after themselves. Weights are also in order and machines are working and in good order. Very clean facility. A little in the smaller side, but for what they have, it has everything you could need. If I’m ever back in the area, this will be the gym gonna return to.
I have been a gym rat for 45 years and can say this one is good for me and my son. It's close to our home and takes less than 5 minutes to get to and from. The equipment is above average most of the time. The cardio machines seem to always have issues but there are plenty of them & I never have to wait for one. The free weight & plate loaded machines are excellent quality & the cable/pulley equipment aways seem to be in good working order. They staff do not move from behind the front desk unless they are doing maintenance on the equipment. I do not use the showers nor the sauna to judge it but can say the restrooms as well as the entire facility is always clean. The ONLY true complaint I have is the choice of music they play. ie: The GYM is NOT a cook out or a festa but the tunes have everyone that goes there with ear phones on to block out the distracting noise. I think if they DJ would play some music that inspires intense workouts I would give an additional star.
It’s a really good gym and I love that’s it’s an actually 24/7 gym, amazing. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 starts is because it’s always way to cold, others and myself need to take a sweater just to nearly even pop a sweat. Before I can even finish my resting period the vents are already blasting me with cold air.
if I could give this place less than one star, I would. Everything is constantly out of order machines don’t work and then they stay broken for almost a year. The front desk cashier is always broken, It’s cash only all the time or their card machine works and they only take card. treadmills off balance you’re walking half ass, and walking on uneven concrete just rocking side to side, more than half of them are like that. Water is out of order. Place is very disorganized. Restrooms are always dirty, especially the female ones. Some days u can barely even have a good workout or something just ruins it. Owner doesn’t take care of their place.
Update. After my contract ended I’ve attempted to cancel the membership, however, they only allow you a 1 day window every month to cancel your membership. They also don’t give you the contact information to the company that owns them so you can cancel it yourself. I’ll be reporting it to the BBB for bad practices. A few of the reasons I decided to cancel: The male restrooms only have 2 stalls, one of which is always locked and the other always dirty and without ventilation. Half the equipment is “under maintenance” and has stayed like that for months or simply disappears.
