I had such a wonderful experience at the Jewelry Center in Brookfield. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and KEO helped me, she was incredible! Their customer service is truly exceptional. They do everything from buying gold to custom jewelry, and their selection is huge. I left feeling taken care of and so happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend!
First time at the Jewelry Center but definitely not my last. I needed a prong tightened on my birthstone ring that was given to me by my, late mother, when I turned 16. It’s a ring I have worn every day for the last 36 years. I may have had it professionally cleaned once during that time and she was looking pretty rough. I was greeted and assisted by Linda. She listened and offered a recommendation to do a little more than just fixing the prong, knowing I wear it every day and that it was special to me. You may say that’s just upselling but honestly, that is not how Linda delivered her recommendation or made me feel. She was genuine not pushy or “salesman like”. When I picked my ring up it was beyond my expectations. I literally teared up. Linda was assisting another customer but she remembered me and as I was leaving I thanked her and motioned how happy I was. She asked to see it on my hand and she said when she saw how it turned out she knew I would be happy and that made her happy. This type of personal attention and customer service is a lost art in today’s world but not at The Jewelry Center in Brookfield. I will be sharing my experience with all my friends and family and I will be back. Thank you Linda and team!
The treatment my husband and I received while coming to make a sale personal to us was nothing short of patient, kind, honest, respectful and understanding. I couldn't have picked a better place to do our business at as we are not easy to trust that we are always receiving full transparency. But today Linda eased all our unease. i’ve never experienced this kind of service at a jewelry store before! They have an amazing selection of estate jewelry. Stacy was absolutely wonderful – she asked questions to figure out what we were looking for, she picked out a bunch of rings that my wife might be interested in and then we met with her to choose from the bunch. We ended up with two rings :-) I would absolutely recommend The Jewelry Center to anyone. We will be back.
We visited The Jewelry Center to ask about having a pin replaced in the bracelet band of my Citizen watch, which had fallen out and was lost. They had it repaired in about 5 minutes for $5, which was a very pleasant surprise! Everyone was very nice & knowledgable about their jewelry and had great advice about what would look good (or not) on me, being short with a petite frame. Will definitely be back to have some chains shortened and for any future watch or jewelry repairs.
