Dr. John is the best - he does it like he actually wants to make you pain-free, and in an extremely professional way while taking every necessary safety measure. The person at the reception is also very helpful and transparent. Strongly recommend this location.
Caleb gave me a wonderful experience made sure I was okey to treat first was extremely respectful and I understood what he was saying after the consultation he helped me with a treatment plan I had felt better and could even breath better right after I highly recommend to anyone The lady at the front desk seemed like she was having a bad day I just assumed she wasn’t feeling well but if it wasn’t for Caleb coming to the front I won’t have felt so welcomed!! Just for somebody who’s working at the front desk, you’re like the face of the establishment. She just wasn’t kind to the people walking in and then talked about the previous customers out loud which wasn’t very respectful. She seemed to be nice to her coworkers, but not the people coming in and it’s just not somebody you would have in the front again because Caleb was And the other chiropractor, I believe his name is John it was a very pleasant Visit again I have no room to judge she may have just been having a really bad day
Dr. john was fantastic!! he really broke something lose in me,lol. he listens and really cares about the patient. im uneven and need tlc especially in my hips. them things and tilted and shifted so I feel it constantly. when going between him and Christine ive noticed I different there was another guy who helped me but I forget his name. also the shortpump location have great staff. I wish I has the ladys name from PR she is fantastic and chris as well. Great team!!! I will tell everyone about yall and have given coupons out to get more people in the doors:) yall are amazing, ty!! happy Thanksgiving to all yall
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. John and Dr. Christine! They are both so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent chiropractic care!
Dr. Christine is amazing! She really took the time to listen to my past medical history and gave the best adjustment I’ve ever had. I’ve had some adjustments before that were rough, but I left feeling so much better. Her easy to talk to personality made me comfortable and it was a great experience overall.
